Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for a top data and analytics client. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys owning development work end-to-end and contributing to large-scale, platform-driven solutions. Working closely with a Tech Lead, this engineer will help build production-ready features that power tools used by hundreds to thousands of users. The ideal candidate brings strong Python experience, a solid understanding of engineering best practices, and a platform mindset-thinking beyond individual applications to scalable, high-traffic systems. AI exposure is a plus, but strong software fundamentals and execution are key. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience as an Individual Contributor Strong Python experience Hands-on experience with Python frameworks, specifically Streamlit Experience building production-ready software Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices Experience writing unit tests (backend and/or frontend) Experience owning and running development tasks end-to-end Platform mindset: experience building solutions used by hundreds or thousands of users Experience working on high-traffic, scalable systems Ability to work independently while partnering closely with a Tech Lead
