Superintendent

The LiRo Group seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations for construction management projects. Based within our Construction Management department, you will oversee daily site activities, coordinate contractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain schedules and budgets. You’ll liaise with clients, inspectors, and project managers, providing accurate reports and resolving field issues. Oversee day-to-day construction site operations
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
Monitor quality control and adherence to plans/specs
Maintain project schedule and track progress
Assist with cost control and resource planning
Conduct site meetings and coordinate with project managers
Interface with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
Prepare daily logs, reports, and documentation
Identify and resolve on-site issues and conflicts
Construction scheduling
Blueprint and construction plan reading
Site safety management (OSHA)
Quality control and inspection
Subcontractor coordination
Construction documentation and reporting
Cost control and quantity tracking
MS Project or Primavera P6
Construction management software (e.g., Procore)
Building codes and regulations
