Job Description
Confidential plaintiff-side asbestos litigation opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA. The attorney will represent clients with serious asbestos-related medical diagnoses, managing a steady caseload and providing direct client contact throughout intake and ongoing case progression.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a steady caseload from intake through resolution, including client meetings and regular client communication.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and other courtroom appearances as needed.
- Collaborate closely with an experienced plaintiff-side team on case strategy and litigation planning.
- Maintain organized case files, meet filing and discovery deadlines, and track case-related tasks in case-management systems.

Minimum qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania law license required.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-moving litigation environment.
- Comfortable working directly and compassionately with clients who have serious medical diagnoses.

Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in asbestos, toxic tort, or plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
- Experience taking or defending depositions and preparing for trials.
- Familiarity with handling medical records and exposure-history investigation.
