This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet all operational, budgetary, and timeline targets. As a Project Manager at our company, you will collaborate with diverse teams to translate complex traffic planning concepts into actionable plans, consistently adhering to safety standards and local regulations.
Develop, plan, and implement traffic management projects in accordance with company goals and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations at every stage of the project.
Report regularly on project status to senior management and clients.
Oversee risk management processes and implement mitigation strategies.
Resolve conflicts or misalignments that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Expertise in traffic management systems and construction safety protocols
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project resources
Skilled in risk assessment and management
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is a plus
