Kitchen Manager

Truxton’s American Bistro is expanding. Celebrating our 20th year anniversary, we are expanding our kitchen leadership team and seeking experienced, driven Kitchen Managers who are ready to lead from the front and build strong, high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

· Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and execution standards

· Hire, train, and develop BOH team members with a hands-on leadership approach

· Drive a culture rooted in accountability, respect, and team development

· Manage food cost, labor, and kitchen financial performance

· Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards

· Partner with FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience

· Support new store openings and leadership bench development as the brand grows

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 5 years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

· Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams

· Strong operational and financial acumen (food cost, labor management, inventory)

· A self-starter with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset

· Passion for hospitality and a “people first” leadership style

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
