Audit Manager

A Well-Respected Public Accounting Firm in Lousiana is seeking the next Audit Manager to join their team! This role offers a choice of working in a few different offices. This individual needs to have experience managing/training/ and developing a team of Audit Staff & Seniors. The firm offers a clear path to Partner and helps you along the way! They pride themselves on just getting their work done while also avoiding burnout. The firm works with various industries and offers great benefits and perks!

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coach a team throughout engagements
• Assist with onboarding & training
• Serve as a primary point of contact to clients
• Lead all phases of engagements
• Manage workloads, budgets, & timelines of engagements
• Start to build industry expertise

Qualifications:

• CPA
• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting
• Ability to supervise a team
• Experience with Construction, Employee Benefit Plans, Governmental, Hospitality, or Non-profit audits
