RN Supervisor

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead compassionate care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will oversee clinical operations, guide LVNs and nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for seniors in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication management, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support a family-oriented culture, and mentor team members. Competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k are offered.
Supervise and mentor LVNs and nursing staff on assigned shifts
Coordinate and oversee resident care plans and clinical documentation
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
Monitor resident conditions, conduct assessments, and escalate concerns promptly
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support person-centered care
Support staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maintain safe nurse-to-resident ratios
Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health goals
Promote a family-oriented, compassionate culture aligned with Touchstone values
Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and staff training
