**Assembler** **Job Description** The Assembler reads and interprets wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and specifications to accurately determine material requirements and build high-quality electrical assemblies. This role assembles and wires devices according to detailed work instructions, physical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials while consistently meeting defined productivity standards. The position involves frequent use of hand and power tools, close collaboration with supervisors and engineers to resolve production issues, and careful handling of small components in a precise assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, schematics, and specifications to determine materials and assembly requirements. + Assemble and wire devices in accordance with work instructions, physical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials. + Use hand tools such as drills, taps, crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets to perform drilling, tapping, crimping, cutting, and stripping of wire, and to install equipment. + Follow established production processes to achieve and maintain the minimum productivity rate defined by management. + Handle and manipulate small components accurately and safely during the assembly process. + Perform basic measurements and calculations using basic math to support accurate assembly and wiring. + Confer with supervisors and engineers to review work activities and resolve production or assembly problems as they arise. + Maintain an organized and clean individual work station to support safety, quality, and efficiency. + Adhere to all work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout the assembly process. + Stand, walk, lift, pull, and push as required throughout the entire work shift to support production activities. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand point-to-point wiring diagrams and wire lists. + Ability to interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and schematics. + Proficiency in electrical assembly and mechanical assembly tasks. + Skill in using hand tools and hand and power tools for drilling, tapping, crimping, cutting, stripping wire, and installing equipment. + Basic math and reasoning skills to support accurate measurements and assembly work. + Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting productivity and quality expectations. + Good verbal and communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors and engineers. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions. + Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds. + Ability to stand, walk, lift, pull, and push throughout the entire work shift. + Ability to handle and manipulate small components in an assembly process. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and production environments. + Familiarity with reading and working from bills of materials. + Comfort working at an individual station in a quiet, focused environment. + Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work. + Willingness to collaborate with engineering and supervisory staff to resolve issues and improve processes. **Why Work Here?** The organization offers a stable, long-term opportunity where many team members build lasting careers, reflected in a high percentage of employees with more than five and even ten years of tenure. The standard schedule runs from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, with two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch period. The dress code requires long pants, an appropriate shirt, and closed-toe shoes to support a safe and professional work setting. The environment supports focused, detail-oriented assembly work using hand and power tools in a clean and organized space. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Conshohocken, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
