Compensation:

$50 - $60 hourly

Responsibilities:Oversee residential remodeling and repair projects from start to completionCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crewsEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budgetConduct regular job site inspections to maintain quality standardsCommunicate project updates with homeowners, team members, and leadershipReview project plans, scopes of work, and material needsIdentify and proactively solve project issues before they escalateMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentEnsure compliance with local building codes and safety regulationsTrack progress, document projects, and maintain accurate recordsScheduling inspections and coordinating project timelinesUphold company standards for professionalism and customer satisfactionDevelop and train field teamsQualifications:Minimum 10yrs field carpentry experience across multiple trade disciplinesExperience as a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, or other field-based construction leadership roleComprehensive knowledge of local building codesStrong knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, and repair means/methodsExcellent grammar and spelling skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExperience working with subcontractors and managing schedulesProficiency with construction management software and mobile technologyValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to read blueprints and construction plansAbility to pass drug and background screeningsAbout Company
