Electrical MEP Engineer – Baltimore, MD
Well-established Design-Build Engineering Firm is seeking an Electrical MEP Engineer to join its growing team in the Baltimore area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction.
Responsibilities:• Design electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and engineering calculations• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural disciplines• Participate in client meetings, field investigations, and construction support activities• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project design and documentation
Requirements:• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering• Experience with MEP consulting engineering or design-build projects• Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD• Knowledge of NEC and applicable building codes• EIT or PE preferred
