Material Handler – Warehouse Operations
Location: Mount Prospect, IL
Duration: 12-month assignment
Hours: Must be able to work any shift
Pay: 19/ hr


Kelly is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at one of our key client facilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, sort, count, store, and process items for storage or shipment, maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Receive and verify materials/finished goods daily (including quality, type, quantity, and documentation).
  • Operate distribution equipment safely; equipment training provided.
  • Maintain warehouse standards, including adhering to ISO and company-specific procedures and participating in required training.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control (life sciences experience preferred).
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, ERP, shipping software).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proven ability to consistently follow procedures and meet schedules.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs continuously and 50 lbs occasionally; frequent pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Willing to work in various temperature-controlled environments (ambient, cold-room, freezer).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (training provided).
