Production Associate

As a Production Associate at Cargill, you will play a pivotal role in handling the operational steps of food processing and packaging. Operate and maintain machinery and production lines while adhering to operational standards
Monitor processes, perform tests, and log data to ensure quality control and efficiency
Participate in the setup and breakdown of production equipment
Follow all sanitation and safety regulations to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements
Assist in inventory management and ensure raw materials are available and used efficiently
Report any machinery issues or potential enhancements to management promptly
