Benefits PTO Job Details Bid Preparation: Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive project bids Quantity Take-offs: Accurately quantify the materials, labor hours, and equipment required for HVAC and mechanical installations Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor quotes and vendor pricing Design/Build Support: Collaborate closely with in-house engineering and project management teams to develop value-engineering opportunities and design-build solutions Risk Evaluation: Identify potential issues, discrepancies in plans, and constructability risks before the project begins Interested in hearing more?
