Machine operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.10 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm with rotation.
• 12 hour shifts 6pm-6am with rotation.
• Machine Operation: Set up and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines,
• automation systems, and high-temp furnaces per visual work instructions. Quality & Inspection
• Perform on-machine and bench inspections (such as deburring) to ensure components meet strict aerospace tolerances.
• Monitor equipment, resolve basic production anomalies, and quickly reset machines.

Machine operator Qualifications:

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during equipment operation and order picking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts with flexibility.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 20-30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, and walking.•
• must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons.
• Must have reliable transportation.
