Machine Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC equipment including laser cutters, press brakes, and other shop machinery
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to cut, drill, and shape steel materials
- Support material handling, including loading/unloading and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards across all operations
Qualifications:
- CNC machine operator experience required
- Experience working with laser cutters, press brakes, or similar equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and operate basic computer systems
- Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced manufacturing environment

Position Details:
- Location: Springdale, OH
- Setting: 100% onsite
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (OT on Fridays/Saturdays as needed)
