The Externals Group is partnering with a leading building envelope contractor specializing in large-scale institutional, industrial, and commercial projects, with a strong presence in Austin managing multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects.
As Superintendent, you'll oversee daily operations across commercial roofing job sites, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate on-site crews
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor progress, inspect installations, and resolve issues
- Maintain site organization and enforce quality control standards
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
