Engineer

Hilton Hotels & Resorts seeks an Engineer to support Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management operations. In this role, you’ll inspect, maintain, and repair building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety) to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient hotel environment. You’ll respond to guest and operational maintenance requests, coordinate vendor work, and help manage preventive maintenance programs that protect hotel assets. Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety equipment
Execute preventive maintenance programs to protect hotel assets and minimize downtime
Respond promptly to guest room and operational maintenance requests
Coordinate and monitor external vendors and contractors performing specialized work
Assist with energy management and efficiency initiatives to control utility costs
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records
Support compliance with safety, health, and building codes and Hilton brand standards
Collaborate with operations and housekeeping teams to support guest satisfaction
Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response for facility issues
Identify and recommend facility improvements and equipment upgrades
HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
Basic electrical systems repair
Plumbing systems maintenance
Building automation systems (BAS) familiarity
Mechanical systems diagnostics
Preventive maintenance planning
Reading technical drawings and manuals
Computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Safety and code compliance knowledge
