Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and accountability
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Manage audit coordination, tax filings, and external reporting requirements
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
