Role Description Full time in office role assisting primarily with sourcing, producement and a limited about of time marketing and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within plastics, materials, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills to secure favorable terms and reliable supply.
• Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems, purchasing software, and data analysis tools for forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination across multiple locations or customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort working with pricing, margins, and market trend data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of thermoplastics, engineered resins, or industrial materials is strongly preferred; technical curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
