Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from startup through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while serving as a key link between field teams, office staff, clients, and project partners. As Project Manager, you will coordinate project kickoff activities, manage schedules and resources, oversee job costing and billing, support change management, and help develop high-performing project teams. The ideal candidate brings strong construction project leadership, sound business judgment, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through all phases, from kickoff and planning to execution, closeout, and post-project review. Develop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, budgets, and resource needs. Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Oversee procurement, buyout activities, material releases, and equipment coordination. Monitor job costs, billing support, work-in-progress reporting, and budget performance. Manage project documentation, submittals, permits, inspections, RFIs, and change orders. Support safety compliance, issue resolution, and communication of project expectations across teams. Partner with field leaders to coach foremen and strengthen project team performance. Facilitate project closeout to ensure contractual and administrative requirements are completed.
