**Job Title: Logistics Associate** **Job Description** The Logistics Associate supports multiple departments by handling a wide range of logistics, inventory, and general production tasks. This role ensures smooth operations across deployment, warehouse, and production teams by managing stock, shipping and receiving activities, and material movement throughout the facility. **Responsibilities** + Support various departments, including deployment, warehouse, and production teams, to ensure efficient daily operations. + Assist the deployment team with logistics tasks, including preparing materials and equipment for outbound activities. + Provide warehouse inventory support by organizing, storing, and tracking materials and products. + Support the production team by loading and unloading containers and ensuring materials are available as needed. + Perform general labor and general production tasks as assigned to maintain workflow and productivity. + Carry out shipping and receiving activities, including checking incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and condition. + Pick, pack, and ship orders according to established procedures and timelines. + Handle stock management, including stock handling, replenishment, and organization of inventory. + Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and reconciliation of stock records. + Use RF scanning systems to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records. + Palletize products and materials safely and efficiently for storage or shipment. + Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse and production areas, following safety guidelines. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow all workplace safety procedures. + Adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fluid and flexible work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience providing support to multiple departments, including deployment, warehouse, and production teams. + Proficiency in stock handling and stock management within a warehouse or production environment. + Hands-on experience with pick, pack, and ship processes for outbound orders. + Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation. + Ability to perform inventory control and cycle counts accurately and consistently. + Experience using RF scanning systems for inventory tracking and control. + Skill in palletizing products and materials safely and efficiently. + Ability to perform general labor, assembly, loading, and general production tasks. + Experience loading and unloading containers for production or warehouse operations. + Capability to operate a sit-down forklift safely in a warehouse or production setting. + Comfort working in a dynamic, fluid, and flexible job environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a logistics or warehouse environment within a technology-focused or defense-related setting is beneficial. + Experience in general production or assembly work is an advantage. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including deployment, warehouse, and production. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation. + Willingness to take on varied tasks and responsibilities as operational needs change. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a dynamic startup environment with daily catered lunches and a large, comfortable break room that includes additional amenities.
