Salary:135k-150k plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Manage month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with operations on cost accounting and inventory management
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required
• CPA preferred
