Maintenance Planner

Cargill is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team, helping to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Planner will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency are achieved.
Develop, schedule, and oversee regular maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment.
Coordinate with production and maintenance staff to schedule repairs and routine checks, minimizing downtime.
Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools and order supplies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze maintenance data to improve processes and reduce costs.
Prepare and maintain documentation and maintenance records.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in maintenance management systems
Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and systems
