\nOpportunity for growth and training\nBenefit starts the 1st of the month after you start. Low cost & low deductible. \nCompensation: $23-27/HR based on experience, plus $1.00 shift differential\n\nPrimary Activities/Duties:
\nPerform MIG/TIG welding operations to support the production schedule.\nWeld base frames and other metal components according to specifications.\nEnsure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.\nMeet or exceed targets for quality, productivity, and efficiency.\nCollaborate effectively with peers and supervisors to maintain workflow.\nParticipate in weekly Rittal Production System (RPS) meetings.\nContinuously improve welding skills and overall competencies.\nSupport and drive 6S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nKnowledge & Experience:
\nHigh school diploma or GED strongly preferred.\nMinimum of 1 year of welding experience or completion of a certified welding training program.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred.\nFamiliarity with basic welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures.\n\nPhysical Requirements:
\nStand at the weld station throughout the work shift.\nWalk, bend, twist, and reach frequently during the shift.\nOccasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist level; frequently lift 25-40 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.\nWork in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing assignments and multitask effectively.\n\nSafety Requirements:\nWear Safety-toed footwear\nSafety glasses with side shields\nHearing protection\nWelding hood and protective clothing\n\nWork Environment:
  • Manufacturing and welding areas with exposure to heat, sparks, fumes, and noise.
