Machine Operator

**NOW HIRING- Machine Operator - EDM / Cleanroom - 1st and 2nd Shift** **Location:** On-site cleanroom facility **Shifts:** Multiple schedules: 1st shift: 6am - 2:30 2nd shift: 2:30 - 11:00pm (5% pay differential) **Key responsibilities** + **Operate** EDM and precision machinery; perform machine set-up and adjustments. + **Inspect** parts in-process using microscopes and measuring tools; document results. + **Follow** SOPs, GMP, and production guidelines at all times. + **Record** findings and set-up data using computer systems and Excel. + **Troubleshoot** basic equipment issues and escalate complex problems. + **Collaborate** with engineers and supervisors to refine process documentation and support continuous improvement. + **Maintain** clean, organized work area consistent with cleanroom protocols. **Essential skills & experience** + **1-3 years** manufacturing experience as a machine operator or technician. + Hands-on experience with EDM or similar precision equipment. + Prior microscope inspection experience. + Proficiency with computers and Excel for documentation. + Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and cleanroom familiarity. + Good communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred / additional qualifications** + SMT operation or rework/repair experience. + Experience with process improvement and working closely with engineering teams. + Comfortable learning new equipment in a fast-growing environment. **How to apply** APPLY TO THIS POSTING, AND JOIN US FOR BETTER FUTURE! **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
