Transmission Project Manager | Utility Infrastructure | Transmission & Substation Projects

Managing a portfolio of electric transmission and substation capital projects ranging from $100K to $25M. Responsible for leading project scope, schedule, budget, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution from development through closeout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing transmission line construction, line rebuilds, substation expansions, transformer replacements, and switchgear replacement projects

• Leading cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, operations, environmental, permitting, and project controls

• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

• Identifying and mitigating project risks while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

• Coordinating project execution activities and supporting field operations through periodic site visits

• Providing project status reporting and updates to leadership and key stakeholders

• Ensuring adherence to OSHA safety requirements and utility construction best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience

• Utility, transmission, substation, or infrastructure project experience

• Knowledge of project scheduling, cost controls, and construction management

• PMP, CAPM, PE, CMII, or utility certifications preferred
