Position Summary
Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in HVAC and hydronic system design, analysis, and implementation. The engineer will support the development, optimization, and maintenance of heating, cooling, and fluid distribution systems for commercial and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop HVAC and hydronic systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations.
- Prepare mechanical system layouts, piping diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Select HVAC equipment including pumps, boilers, chillers, heat exchangers, and air handling units.
- Conduct system sizing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with electrical, controls, manufacturing, and project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support installation, commissioning, and testing activities.
- Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, HVAC, and industry standards.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Strong HVAC design experience.
- Experience with hydronic systems, chilled water systems, hot water systems, and piping networks.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, boilers, chillers, and heat transfer principles.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and system analysis.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
