What You'll Do + Design and develop electrical system architecture for down hole oil and gas equipment + Work with power electronics, motor drives (VFD/VSD), embedded systems, and motor controls + Lead product development from concept through testing, validation, and commercialization + Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and system integration plans + Use modeling and simulation tools to evaluate performance, thermal behavior, and durability + Perform reliability analysis (FMEA, root cause analysis) and improve system robustness + Support product testing, field trials, and prototype development + Interface with customers and vendors to solve technical challenges What We're Looking For + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) + Experience in electrical system design, testing, and product development + Hands-on experience with power electronics or motor control systems + Knowledge of VFDs/VSDs and motor drive technologies + Experience with validation testing, FMEA, and root cause analysis + Strong understanding of schematics, PCB design, and control systems + Background working with electric motors and control theory + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required) + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering + Experience in oil & gas or harsh environments + EMI/EMC knowledge for power electronics systems + Experience with international standards (IEC, UL, TÜV) + Product certification or regulatory approval experience + Reliability engineering and continuous improvement experience + Experience mentoring junior engineers Why You'll Love This Job Work on cutting-edge energy and artificial lift technologies Strong career growth and leadership opportunities Hands-on involvement in testing, field trials, and product launches Collaborative, cross-functional engineering environment High-impact role driving innovation and product performance Work Environment + Onsite, full-time (no hybrid) + Mix of design, simulation, and lab testing + Collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams + Exposure to advanced pump, motor, and fracking technologies Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.
