**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play an integral role in ensuring that orders are prepared and shipped efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on growth and skill development. **Responsibilities** + Prepare orders for shipping and receive incoming parts and materials. + Stock and organize inventory accurately. + Create kits for production work and build pallets using hand and power tools. + Handle materials and packaging with care. + Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as pallet jacks. + Schedule products for shipment effectively. **Essential Skills** + Basic warehouse experience is preferred. + Experience in material handling and shipping. + Experience with operating forklifts is preferred but not required. + Comfortable using computers and learning new software. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of working in a family-owned shop with a laid-back culture. The workplace is a smaller, privately-owned panel shop located in a clean and organized facility. The team consists of around 30 people, all focused on building electrical control panels in a light technical setting. It's an excellent environment to learn and grow in. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troutdale, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
