**Job Title: Operator** **Job Description** The operator will be responsible for loading raw building materials into the CNC machine and initiating production runs. The role does not involve programming of machines but includes basic tool set setup. Must be able to lift up to 50-60 pounds on a regular basis. **Responsibilities** + Load raw building materials into CNC machines. + Initiate production runs. + Set up basic tools for machine operation. + Inspect and assemble production components. + Adhere to general production and inspection protocols. **Essential Skills** + Understanding of machining processes. + Proficiency in math and reading precise measuring tools. + Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials. + Strict adherence to workplace safety standards, including PPE compliance. **Why Work Here?** Experience the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment within a small, dedicated team. The team consists of about 10 people and primarily operates on a day shift. The first shift runs from 6:05 am to 2:50 pm, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
