Material Handler

Material Handler – Niles, MI

1st shift 8:00am - 4:00pm $18.50/hr.

2nd shift 4:00pm - 12:00am $20.00/hr.

3rd shift 12:00am - 8:00am $20.00/hr.

Job Duties:

• Forklift
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate a scan gun.
• Chemical mixing
• Use of electronic data interchange and computer to generate and manage shipping paperwork.

Requirements:

• 6 + months automotive forklift experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Shipping experience
• Computer experience
• Stable work history
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• No Felonies
• Steel-toed shoes
• Reliable form of transportation
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions.
