Analyst, Pharmacovigilance (PV Systems Support)

St. Joseph, MO (Onsite)

24-Month Contract

⏰ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacovigilance (PV Systems Support) to join its team in St. Joseph, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments who are interested in pharmacovigilance systems, reporting, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run routine reports and database queries using SQL to support Pharmacovigilance operations
  • Support computerized system validation testing activities
  • Maintain PV system product dictionaries, product families, and product line data
  • Serve as first-line support for PV system tickets and user inquiries
  • Support new user setup, system access, curricula assignments, and onboarding activities
  • Coordinate and support user training initiatives
  • Communicate system updates and support information to the PV user community
  • Monitor PV systems and work with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Support dashboard maintenance and monitoring, including Tableau reporting
  • Assist with PV documentation review, organization, and archiving
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of professional experience
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated environment
  • Understanding of regulatory and GxP-compliant computerized systems
  • Experience with SQL for reporting and data queries
  • Experience creating, maintaining, or utilizing Tableau dashboards
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global systems and international user communities
  • Exposure to Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or Quality systems environments
