ABOUT THE ROLE
Assembly, testing, and calibration of various products primarily used in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industries.This job can be on 2nd or 3rd shift.
LOCATION
On-site - St. Marys, PA
WHAT YOU WILL DO
\nMust be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations\nPerform intermediate checks required by the lab\nFollow/evaluate applicable procedures (system and instruction) relevant to the lab and communicate any alterations of changes.\nBuild, service and repair all variations of Valprobe Loggers, Monitory Loggers, Readers, Base stations, Advance Validator Systems, etc.\nOrganize, prioritize and perform calibration tasks on the products specific to the position\nGenerate applicable calibration certificates\nAccurately maintain required records\nDocument product status through process\nProcess product from immediately after receiving through ready to ship\nCommunicate with shift prior / following to ensure smooth transition and process flow\nParticipate in the training of others\nUnderstand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures.\n\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nA high school diploma and at least 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting.\nMust have excellent organization skills with attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with Oracle transactions, and Intermediate level Excel skills.\nMust have strong computer literacy.\nSelf-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision, ability to multitask and follow documented procedures. \nPrior relevant calibration experience preferred. \nAbility to work overtime as needed\n\n
