What You’ll Work On:
- Architect decision intelligence systems combining agent-based reasoning with large-scale optimization
- Build end-to-end features - from backend infrastructure to user-facing interfaces
- Work directly with customers to solve real operational problems in production
- Own systems that operate on industrial-scale data in high-stakes environments
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong backend / infrastructure skills (Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Redis)
- Comfortable building and shipping frontend features (React / TypeScript)
- Experience with data-intensive, multi-tenant production systems
- Engineers motivated by solving complex, real-world problems
