Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting end user computing infrastructure to ensure a secure, reliable, and productive computing environment for our organization.
The EUC Engineer is responsible for the management of Client:
- IT endpoint infrastructure & enterprise end user services
This Information Technology role reports to the head of IT Operations & Security.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Involve in infrastructure migration projects and manage all IT applications and environment
- Manage end to end Desktop support team providing technical assistance and troubleshooting user issues
- Configure rules and security policies in Netskope to protect endpoints
- Perform vulnerability assessment and deploy remediation's - applications and patch via Tanium
- Maintain Citrix VDI environment, Intune and Azure
- Migrate endpoints from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- Create and deploy applications for endpoints and mobile devices from Intune
- Validate project progress and performance and identify areas for improvements
