Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
- Design, develop, and maintain complex features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Partner with product and business teams to architect solutions and translate requirements into scalable software
- Identify and address technical debt, drive continuous improvement across the codebase
- Build a collaborative, accountable team culture
Qualifications
- Full stack engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead or mentorship capacity
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience building web applications, REST APIs, and SQL stored procedures
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience with Git or equivalent version control
- Ability to give clear technical feedback and collaborate effectively with engineering and product leadership
