Technical Account Manager | MSP / Client Solutions | $125k - $145k | Orlando, FL Hybrid (1 day on-site)
A global MSP/MSSP is hiring a Technical Account Manager to sit at the heart of its client delivery and growth function, working across financial services and healthcare clients.
The Role
- Act as the intake and scoping lead for client project opportunities (office moves, migrations, security initiatives)
- Translate client needs into scoped solutions, pricing, and SOWs
- Partner closely with account managers and sales teams to convert opportunities
- Hand over to delivery teams (PMs) once projects are defined
- Operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Background in MSP, consulting, or professional services
- Experience spanning cloud (Azure/M365), infrastructure, and migrations
- Prior role as:
- Technical Account Manager
- Solutions Engineer (pre-sales)
- Project Manager with strong technical exposure
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Able to balance commercial awareness with technical scoping
