Linux Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Ubuntu and RHEL servers in production environments
  • Configure and manage Nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer
  • Tune Linux kernel and networking parameters for performance and stability
  • Manage Postfix mail relay and oversee ETL pipelines and SQL Server replication
  • Enforce security best practices using SELinux, AppArmor, and firewall configurations


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Ubuntu and RHEL in production environments
  • Proficiency with Nginx, Linux kernel tuning, and SSH hardening
  • Working knowledge of Postfix, SELinux, and AppArmor
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and SQL Server replication
