About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Residential Construction Coordinator to oversee and support multiple active residential projects throughout Miami-Dade County. This role is ideal for someone with residential construction experience who enjoys being in the field, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
Rather than being assigned to a single job site, you will travel between multiple residential projects, acting as the key link between ownership, subcontractors, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit active residential construction projects throughout Miami-Dade County
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and workflow
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Maintain job site safety and compliance standards
- Report progress and issues to Project Manager/ownership
- Coordinate materials and equipment on-site
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential construction experience
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or field operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in the field
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience with residential renovations, remodeling, or new construction
- Previous experience as a Construction Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Field Coordinator, or similar role
