Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese to provide front-line technical support for a wide range of digital and agricultural technology products. This role is responsible for assisting dealers and customers by resolving product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support is delivered through phone, email, and chat, while maintaining accurate documentation in a case management system. This position plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting advanced agricultural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and dealers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently
- Document all interactions in the case management system
- Create and maintain online support tools and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Support multiple products, including web platforms, mobile applications, and precision agriculture technologies
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written)
- Working proficiency in English (verbal and written)
