Receiving Associate

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Receiving Associate to join our Warehouse & Manufacturing team in the electronics industry. You will accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, update inventory systems, and ensure materials are labeled, stored, and staged for production and order fulfillment. Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation against purchase orders
Accurately record receipts in warehouse management or ERP systems
Label, sort, and route materials to appropriate storage or production areas
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
Follow all safety, quality, and ESD handling procedures and guidelines
Communicate shipment issues or shortages to purchasing and inventory teams
Support order fulfillment and production with timely material staging
Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards
Receiving and inspection of goods
Warehouse operations
Inventory control
Use of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP
RF scanner operation
Forklift and pallet jack operation
ESD and handling of electronic components
Basic data entry and documentation
Understanding of bills of lading and packing slips
Safety and OSHA compliance in a warehouse
