Job Description
As a Program Supervisor at Sevita in Community & Social Services, you will oversee home and community-based programs that support individuals with diverse needs. Supervise community-based healthcare and social service programs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Lead, coach, and schedule staff providing behavioral health and community support services.
Oversee service plans, documentation, and regulatory compliance across assigned programs.
Coordinate with community partners, families, and clinical teams to support individual outcomes.
Monitor program performance, outcomes, and budget, recommending improvements as needed.
Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Respond to and manage escalated concerns, incidents, and crises in alignment with policy.
