Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients
Administer medications and therapies per provider orders
Assess, document, and report changes in patient status
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and discharge care
Maintain accurate EHR documentation and follow hospital protocols
Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards
Support a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability
Cardiac telemetry monitoring
Cardiac rhythm interpretation
IV therapy and medication administration
Critical thinking and clinical judgment
Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
Acute care nursing
Patient and family education
Cardiac emergency response (Code management support)
