Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager 5 to lead our Food & Beverage Operations and champion operational excellence in our hospitality services. Oversight of day-to-day operations in food and beverage service ensuring compliance with Sodexo standards
Development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize profitability
Management of senior staff including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Budget management, including financial planning, cost control, and analysis
Collaboration with other departments to integrate and align overall hospitality services
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage large teams and multiple tasks
Adept at budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry

Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) - advantageous
