General Manager

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager for our Restaurant General Manager team within Food & Beverage Operations. This leader oversees daily restaurant operations, financial performance, and client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with food safety and Sodexo standards. The General Manager recruits, trains, and develops a diverse team, drives guest experience, and manages budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships. Lead daily restaurant operations to meet Sodexo quality and service standards
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a diverse frontline team and supervisors
Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and rapid issue resolution
Optimize inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to control costs
Implement company programs, initiatives, and brand standards consistently
Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement actions
Partner with clients and stakeholders to align operations with business goals
