- The estimated pay range for this role is $40 - $50 per hour based on experience.
- Oversee personnel administration, including managing daily timesheets, performance reviews, and attendance.
- Direct and supervise field staff to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
- Maintain and implement the established Safety Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage site administration tasks, including work documentation, subcontractor management, and workforce productivity.
- Conduct weekly safety and job site meetings to communicate important information to field staff and subcontractors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising commercial or multi-family electrical construction projects.
- Proven experience leading crews of up to 15 personnel.
- Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Journeyman or Master Electrical License preferred, with OSHA 30 certification a plus.
- Bilingual capabilities and U.S. citizenship are advantageous.
