Operations Support Associate

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in staying organized, and can adapt quickly when priorities shift throughout the day.

This role supports the entire operation and includes:

• Organizing and managing materials
• Receiving and staging parts
• Making frequent trips to supply houses and vendors
• Delivering or picking up materials for technicians as needed
• Helping maintain an organized, efficient shop and warehouse

The right person for this role:

• Is dependable and self-motivated
• Can move quickly between tasks without getting overwhelmed
• Notices problems and helps solve them
• Communicates well with technicians, office staff, and management
• Understands that teamwork matters and everyone jumps in to help when things get busy
• Is comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change throughout the day
• Is able to safely operate a forklift
• Can lift 40+ lbs

This is not a repetitive warehouse position. It is a hands-on support role that helps keep the entire company moving efficiently.
