Estimation Manager

We're currently looking for an Estimator Manager that would lead a team of 6-7 junior estimators.

Must live in Utah.

Salary: pending on experience

$120K per year +

Role Responsibilities

Handle:

• • estimating
  • purchasing
  • vendor negotiations
  • sourcing subcontractors/vendors
  • budget-to-actual tracking
  • ongoing project oversight through construction
• Oversee projects across:
• • Northwest states, some travel required to maintain relationship and site coordination.

Seeking someone with:

• Strong experience in commercial construction estimating and purchasing
• Can serve as a true leader/mentor to a younger team
• Is assertive, experienced, and driven
• Can step in quickly and potentially train alongside the outgoing employee before he leaves.
