We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Canoga Park, CA. This role is ideal for a proven electrical construction professional who enjoys leading complex commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, education, municipal, and public works projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project requirements to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change orders, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Coordinate manpower planning, procurement, material deliveries, subcontractors, field operations, inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control.
- Lead project meetings, support field leadership, mentor project team members, and promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: $110,000 to $180,000 per year.
