Pay range - $50 TO $55/hr on W2
Length of assignment – 8 weeks of Contract with possibility of extension
Location : Onsite, Jamaica, NY Overview
The Instructional Designer will support the design, development, implementation, and quality assurance of enterprise-wide e-learning solutions. This role focuses on creating engaging online learning experiences, interactive training modules, microlearning content, videos, and instructional materials that align with organizational learning and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning solutions and instructional content.
• Create engaging and interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Audacity.
• Develop microlearning courses, videos, and multimedia learning assets.
• Produce training-related materials including flyers, manuals, brochures, training catalogs, graphics, and cover pages.
• Conduct quality assurance testing of e-learning modules through PeopleSoft ELM test environments.
• Upload and manage learning content within PeopleSoft ELM.
• Test modules using Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers and resolve design or functionality issues.
• Support instructional design initiatives and recommend emerging learning technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business and compliance objectives.
• Participate in video production and multimedia content development activities.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or learning technologies.

• Knowledge of LMS platforms, preferably PeopleSoft ELM. Ideal Candidate Profile
